Rental Terms
Rules & Regulations
By booking a rental with Carolina Cabanas, you agree to the following rules. Our rules protect your family and ours — please read carefully.
Carolina Cabanas Operations
- Setup service. Only umbrellas and cabanas are set up and taken down daily. All other equipment is delivered on your arrival day and picked up the morning of checkout.
- Setup time. Setup starts at 7:00 AM and is complete across all beaches by roughly 9:00 AM.
- Takedown time. Cabana and umbrella takedown begins at 5:00 PM daily.
- High winds. In the event of high winds (18+ mph gusts), we will take down equipment early. Safety is our priority, first and foremost.
- Rain and lightning. In the event of intense rain or lightning, we will take down early. We will always try to reach out first.
- Do not adjust the cabana. Please do not adjust the cabana's height or move the cabana in any way. Doing so voids our rental agreement and could seriously injure yourself or others.
- No hanging or climbing. Please do not hang on or play around the equipment.
- Equipment return. Delivered items must be available for pickup the morning of your checkout date, preferably in the location they were delivered. We do not have easy access into the houses.
- Watersports waiver. A watersports waiver is required to be signed electronically for any delivered watersports equipment (kayaks, paddleboards).
- Locating your cabana. Your cabana is tagged with your name. Walk to your specified beach access and look for the Carolina Cabanas tag on the cabana marked with your name.
